  • First, try to shove the dent through your hand and if it doesn’t work use block of wood and ball-pein hammer to quietly strike-off the dent inside until it is below the level of the rest of the shield.
  • If shoving out the dent will not working, put mark to the center, and then drill a tiny tear with the use of the HSS drill bits.   • If you are now ready to paint, you must cover the surrounding areas like windows and body parts with old newspapers or brown papers and masking tapes to avoid any unnecessary stains.
  • Spray aerosol primer to the area 8 inches away and move the container back and forth. First with a thin coating followed by two more coatings. Gently rub it with fine sandpaper until it completely dries.
  • Put a top coat by spraying from the top to bottom in horizontal lines not vertical lines, and then put two more coats. Again, gently rub it with fine sandpaper and let it dry.
  • Finally, apply your final coat after one hour.
